1. Services Covered Under Refund

Refunds are applicable only for the following services:

• Web Hosting Plans (within 7 days of purchase)
• VPS Hosting (within 3 days, subject to usage)
• Note: Domain registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the domain registrar.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Request must be raised within the applicable refund window.
• Valid technical issue or service dissatisfaction must be verified by our team.
• No violation of terms of service.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain names (new or renewals)
• SSL Certificates after issuance
• Licensing (e.g., cPanel, Plesk)
• Custom server setups & one-time tasks

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at help@hostboom.in with your order ID and a brief explanation.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
